The present invention relates to a portable terminal accessory, capable of allowing a user to stably grasp a portable terminal on a palm of the user by coupling a portable terminal sliding module with the back surface of the portable terminal, and capable of stably supporting the grasped state of the portable terminal so as to allow the user to operate a screen smoothly. The portable terminal accessory comprises: a portable terminal sliding module including a sliding bearing and a guide bearing; a first fixing unit for fixing the portable terminal sliding module on a palm; and a second fixing unit for fixing the portable terminal sliding module to a portable terminal. |
