A system for conveniently watching digital image content produced in a language strange to a foreigner and played at a cinema by using a smart device according to the present invention includes: an NOC platform server which has a database in which screen commentary content, subtitle content and sound DNA information produced in the native language of the foreigner and synchronized with the playback time of a sound signal among an image signal and the sound signal of the digital image content which was produced in the language strange to the foreigner and is currently played back by being played at the cinema are stored, transmits, by running an application, a list of the digital image content which is capable of providing a screen commentary or subtitles in the native language of the foreigner to the user smart device which is owned by the foreigner and accesses a network, checks selection information on the list of the digital image content transmitted by the user smart device, and transmits the screen commentary content, the subtitle content and the sound DNA information of the selected digital image content to the user smart device; and the user smart device which receives, by running the application, from the NOC platform server, the list of the digital image content which is capable of providing the screen commentary or the subtitles in the native language of the foreigner, receives and stores the screen commentary content, the subtitle content and the sound DNA information of the digital image content selected from the list, and plays back the screen commentary content or the subtitle content in the native language of the foreigner which is synchronized with the playback time of the digital image content by analyzing the current sound signal of the digital image content which is input into a microphone unit and currently played back comparatively with the stored sound DNA information according to information on a request for playing back the selected screen commentary or the subtitles. |
