COMPOSITION OF COSMETICS FOR ANTI-WRINKLE CONTAINING MYAGROPSIS MYAGROIDES FENSHOLT EXTRACTS

The present invention relates to a cosmetic composition which is effective in wrinkle amelioration and contains, as an active ingredient, an extract of Myagropsis myagroides (Martens ex Turner) Fensholt which is a marine natural resource in Korea. According to the present invention, the composition of the present invention exhibits excellent antioxidant activity and outstanding effects of inhibiting activity of collagenase (MMP-1) which increases in number after treatment of H_2O_2 onto Haca T, a human dead skin cell line, thereby having skin wrinkle ameliorating effects. Therefore, it is possible to provide the cosmetic composition for wrinkle amelioration since the composition does not cause cytotoxicity and side effects, thereby being safe even after a long-term use.
