The purpose of the present invention is to solve at least one problem among the existing problems such as complicated work stages, poor user experiences and a weak applicability. Provided are an image identification method and an image identification device. The image identification method comprises the steps of: gaining a hand feature region within sight by means of a sensing of a skin color from a first viewpoint; performing a pattern recognition on a shape characteristic of a stretched hand, and gaining a characteristic and a location of a fingertip from the hand feature region; recording an interframe displacement of a featuring point of the fingertip when the fingertip sets a boundary of a target object in order to gain a delimiting trajectory from the interframe displacement, and closing the delimiting trajectory so as to form a full-perimeter geometry; and projecting the full-perimeter geometry on a plane wherein a direction of the sight is vertical with respect to a plane wherein the target object is located, in order to gain a projection region, and performing an image identification by using the projection region as an identification area of the target object. |
