SECONDARY BATTERY CHARGING AND DISCHARGING SYSTEM AND CONTROL METHOD FOR COOLING

The present invention relates to a system for charging and discharging secondary batteries and a cooling controlling method for a secondary battery charging and discharging device. The system of the present invention comprises: a charging and discharging device which charges or discharges the secondary batteries; a power part controlling power applied to the charging and the discharging device; a cooling part cooling the power part; a sensor sensing the state of the power part; and a controlling part controlling an operation of the cooling part depending on the state of the power part sensed by the sensor. According to the present invention, reduction in standby power consumed during a non-operating period is possible by controlling power in the cooling part which is for cooling the power part of the secondary battery charging and discharging device.
