Provided are a composition and a kit for diagnosing lung cancer, a method for diagnosing lung cancer using the same, and a method for obtaining information necessary for lung cancer diagnosis. According to the same, lung cancer of an object, for example a histological subtype of lung cancer can be accurately and sensitively diagnosed. The composition for diagnosing lung cancer comprises chromobox homolog 3 (CBX3), gap junction beta-2 protein (GJB2), cellular retinoic acid binding protein 2 (CRABP2), desmoplakin (DSP), or a material specifically binding to polypeptide of combination of the same, or a fragment of the same. |
