Also, the present invention can be applied to home security cameras, dash cameras for vehicles, and action cameras, and stream the video of the site in real time in case of an emergency or disastrous situation, which enables a quick and adequate handling of the site. The video data can be shared with family members, acquaintances, and a social safety net including hospitals, police stations, and fire stations through a communication network, and the video data can be shared in various manners. Thus, a new technology proper for a portable video streaming device is provided by providing the video streaming service using a Bluetooth technology. A device with a Bluetooth function includes an image input unit, which can collect image and voice data, a voice input/output unit, and a control unit which can process the collected image and voice data to output streaming data.
