The present invention relates to frame header transmission device and method, which can transmit a frame header with low power in low-power high-speed near field communication. The frame header transmission method for transmitting a frame header in wireless communication according to the present invention comprises the steps of: constructing one frame header by combining an MAC header and a PHY header; repeatedly transmitting the frame header to a scrambler a plurality of times; and generating, by the scrambler, data by scrambling the repeatedly transmitted frame header with a specific code.
