Disclosed are a backlight unit and a display device comprising the same. The backlight unit of the present invention comprises: a frame including a bottom area and a sidewall area extended from the bottom area; at least one substrate which is located on the front surface of the frame and has a plurality of light sources embedded therein; a reflection sheet located on the front surface of the at least one substrate; and an optical sheet located on the front surface of the reflection sheet. The reflection sheet comprises a first sheet area which is in contact with the bottom area, and in which a plurality of lens holes are arranged; and a second sheet area which is spaced from the bottom area. Among the plurality of lens holes, at least one of the lens holes arranged in the outermost part of the first sheet area is different in shape from the other lens holes formed in the first sheet area, or has a second dot area formed around the lens hole arranged in the outermost part. According to the present invention, provided is a display device in which a dot area is formed on the reflection sheet. |
