Disclosed are a method and an apparatus for synchronizing a transmission and a reception by using an opto-electronic oscillator. According to an aspect of an embodiment of the present invention, the method and the apparatus for synchronizing the transmission and the reception is provided in which a transmitter and a receiver reciprocally share an oscillating frequency changed according to a disturbance and the like applied to an optical fiber by using the optical fiber between the transmitter and the receiver as a resonator of the opto-electronic oscillator. A transmitting device of a synchronization data communication system includes: a laser, an electro-optical loop, and a transmitting unit. |
