PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a changing method of transfer motion which can adjust independently the transfer motion of one side and the transfer motion of the other side while keeping the cycle time of the transfer motion constant.SOLUTION: A changing method of transfer motion is for changing the transfer motion of a transfer apparatus 3 which moves between a first process and a second process which are continuous in a plurality of processes sequentially processing a workpiece by a plurality of press machines, and includes: setting an arbitrary position (separation positions 6, 7) between the processes of the first process and the second process in regard to the transfer motion; and while fixing the transfer motion in the arbitrary position, changing the front and back transfer motion to the arbitrary position. |
