<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer elastic belt which has favorable film thickness accuracy as a transfer belt, and an optimum balance between a primary transfer characteristic having a clear fine line print without an image void and a secondary transfer characteristic having favorable releasing property and cleaning property, and is capable of suppressing degrading of quality of toner images due to filming, and restricting lowering cleaning property of a belt surface. <P>SOLUTION: The multilayer elastic belt for electrophotographic apparatus includes at least three layers of a surface layer, elastic layer, and base material layer. The surface layer includes minute grooves which continue in parallel in a circumferential direction. A ten point average surface roughness (Rz) of the belt surface measured by scanning the belt surface in the axial direction is 0.7-2.5 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
