PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an LED lighting fixture and an LED that can light up a distant object with sufficient lightness.SOLUTION: An LED lighting fixture includes a plurality of LEDs 9 and a reflection unit 5 which has a parabolic reflection surface 11 with an opening 33 that each LED 9 faces for the LED 9, and the LED 9 has a plurality of LED elements arranged at a center part of a reflector and is handled as one light emission point which is large enough to surround the LED elements in terms of optical design. The reflection unit 5 is provided with parabolic reflection surfaces in parallel with one another, and the LEDs 9 and parabolic reflection surfaces 11 are arranged at such intervals that light beams emitted from the respective parabolic reflection surfaces respectively overlap one another in an irradiation field at a predetermined distance. |
