The present invention relates to a device for molding a long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite material, and to a manufacturing method thereof. The device for molding a long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite material secures effects in reinforcing material properties by minimizing the damage of a reinforced fiber, and can efficiently manufacture a molded product by being formed of a strand shape. The device for molding a long fiber-reinforced thermoplastic composite material comprises: a first extrusion unit having a first housing, a first discharging unit, a first injection unit, a first heater, and a kneading means; and a second extrusion unit having a second housing, a second discharging unit, a second injection unit, a third injection unit, a second heater, and a kneading means.
