The present invention relates to a thermometer for measuring an internal temperature of a banbury mixer. The thermometer comprises: a sensor housing inserted in and fixed to an inner part of a banbury mixer; a protection cap disposed in an end of the sensor housing, and having a semicircular exposure surface protruding toward the inner part of the banbury mixer; and a plurality of thermocouples accommodated in the protection cap and measuring an internal temperature of the banbury mixer. The thermocouples are disposed to be spaced at a maintained particular distance apart from the outer circumference of the protection cap. According to the thermometer for measuring an internal temperature of a banbury mixer of the present invention, sensitivity of a thermometer installed inside of a mixer is improved, so a temperature in the mixer may be accurately measured. Also, a shape of a temperature measuring unit inserted in the mixer is changed, so durability is improved and abrasion and breakdown may be minimized. |
