The present invention relates to a wireless power transmission and charging system including at least one composition among a coil array, a hybrid transmission unit, a composition performing overheat protection or foreign body sensing by a temperature or pressure sensor, and a power control unit. A wireless power transmission apparatus includes: a primary coil array including a plurality of coil cells to wirelessly transmit power; a power conversion unit generating power transmitted to a primary coil; and a control unit controlling the power transmitted to the primary coil array based on the number of currently driven coil cells among the plurality of coil cells, thereby enabling stable and efficient wireless power transmission and charging. |
