The present invention relates to a method for producing a plant capable of producing phytase protein, which includes a step of redifferentating the plant after transforming plant cells by means of a recombinant vector including a gene encoding a phytase protein derived from Aspergillus nidulans. The present invention further relates to a transgenic plant and a seed thereof which are capable of producing phytase protein, produced by the method, and a feed composition comprising the transgenic plants.
