The present invention relates to an ultraviolet ray shielding drug packing paper which ensures the transparency of the drug packing paper while having a sufficient ultraviolet ray shielding effect by mixing an ultraviolet shielding agent with a base film, an adhesive layer, and a PE layer, which constitute the drug packing paper. The ultraviolet ray shielding drug packing paper according to the present invention includes: a base film layer including a cellophane film, a polyethylene terephthalate film, or a polypropylene film (PP); an adhesive layer coated on one surface of the base film layer; and a polyethylene layer (PE) fused to the base film layer by the adhesive layer, and at least one of the base film layers, the adhesive layer, and the PE layer includes an ultraviolet ray shielding agent.
