<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fine matter removing apparatus and a fine matter removing system by means of which liquid attached to a fine matter is removed, then the fine matter is solidified and recovered, or the fine matter is recovered while the liquid is removed from the fine matter. <P>SOLUTION: The fine matter removing apparatus 10 includes a precipitation part 21 for precipitating the falling fine matter to which liquid is stuck. The precipitation part has a storing chamber 23 for storing the falling fine matter to which liquid is stuck, a pressurizing means 24 for pressurizing the fine matter stored in the storing chamber 23 and a liquid discharge passage 25 for discharging the liquid outside by pressurization, and removes the liquid stuck to the fine matter.
