The invention provides a hypsizigus marmoreus bacterial strain not prone to suffering from inoculum sclerosis, a method of producing hypsizigus marmoreus fruit body through the bacterial strain and a method of screening hypsizigus marmoreus bacterial strain not prone to suffering from inoculum sclerosis. The invention provides a hypsizigus marmoreus bacterial strain and a method of producing hypsizigus marmoreus fruit body through the bacterial strain, wherein, the inoculum part of a solid cultivating substrate surface is not subject to browning when the hypsizigus marmoreus bacterial strain is cultivated in the solid cultivating substrate which is mainly made of conifer sawdust and rice bran and comprise, by dry weight, 6.4 percent of magnesium aluminum silicate. The invention further provides a method of screening hypsizigus marmoreus bacterial strain not prone to suffering from inoculum sclerosis, which makes use of the solid cultivating substrate mainly made of conifer sawdust and rice bran and having a large amount of magnesium compounds. By the screening method in the invention, hypsizigus marmoreus bacterial strains not prone to suffering from inoculum sclerosis can be screened in advance. Thus the yield rate of the hypsizigus marmoreus fruit body can be ensured in large-scale commercial production. Qualified hypsizigus marmoreus fruit bodies can be effectively produced. |
