GRAPHENE STRUCTURE HAVING NANOBUBBLES AND METHOD OF FABRICATING THE SAME

Disclosed are a graphene structure having nanobubbles and a manufacturing method thereof. More particularly, the graphene structure is formed on a substrate and, comprises a graphene layer having a plurality of hollow nanobubbles between the graphene layer and the substrate. The graphene layer has a quasi-band gap by nanobubbles. The graphene structure may include noble gas elements between the substrate and the nanobubbles.
