An organic light emitting display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a first substrate which comprises a first thin film transistor having pixels, a second substrate which covers the first substrate, and a sealant which is formed along the edge of the second substrate and the first substrate and bonds the second substrate and the first substrate. The sealant is formed on the thin film transistor of the first substrate. The sealant includes an organic sealant and a protection member formed on the edge of the organic sealing. The protection member may comprise a double layer of an inorganic layer and an elastic member. So, a dead space can be minimized.
