The present invention relates to a guest pager for providing a supplementary service and an operating method thereof, which sequentially pages a waiting client. The guest pager includes: a first communication module for communicating with a mobile terminal, and receiving a supplementary information request signal outputted from the mobile terminal according to a control of an application executed by the mobile terminal; a control module for receiving the supplementary information request signal, and transmitting supplementary information corresponding to the received supplementary information request signal to the first communication module so as to transmit the supplementary information to the mobile terminal; a second communication module for communicating with a host to receive a paging signal from the host; and an output module for outputting the paging signal. |
