The present invention relates to a system and a method for designing a trunk of a vehicle using a musculoskeletal human model and, more specifically, to a technology for providing the design of a customized trunk by simulating a musculoskeletal human model, a luggage model, a posture for loading and unloading the luggage model to/from the trunk, and operation information in a trunk design system of a vehicle. The system for designing a trunk of a vehicle using a musculoskeletal human model comprises: a trunk model generating part which generates a trunk model; a luggage model generating part which generates a luggage model; a human model generating part which sets the posture and operation of the musculoskeletal human model; and a simulation part which simulates the muscle and joint loads of the musculoskeletal human model.
