The circuit board also includes a first plurality of conductive vias surrounding the cavity and the first plurality of vias include at least one blind via disposed adjacent to the first side of the cavity.

a signal line comprising at least a portion of a first conductive layer, wherein the signal line has a first portion extending over a cavity in the circuit board from a first side of the cavity, and wherein the signal line further comprises:
a second portion configured as a transmission line; anda third portion configured as a landing pad for contact to an integrated circuit; a first plurality of conductive vias surrounding the cavity, wherein the first plurality of conductive vias comprise at least one blind via disposed adjacent to the first side of the cavity; and a second plurality of conductive vias disposed adjacent to the second portion of the transmission line.
