An anti-rolling apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a first bilge keel which is formed to protrude from one side of an offshore structure on the basis of the longitudinal axis of the offshore structure and has an inner hole in a protruding direction; a second bilge keel which is formed to protrude from the other side of the offshore structure and has an inner hole in a protruding direction; a connection line which connects the first and second bilge keels to each other and has a path where seawater flowing into the offshore structure flows; and a seawater supply part which supplies the seawater through any one of the first and second bilge keels descending to a seabed when the offshore structure is tilted on the basis of the axis thereof.
