The present invention relates to a fixed buoyancy type automatic water collection device and, more specifically, to a fixed buoyancy type automatic water collection device, capable of improving workability by easily collecting a buoyancy unit and enabling boarding when the fixed buoyancy type automatic water collection device breaks down and of stably collecting water by preventing the buoyancy unit from moving in all directions. The fixed buoyancy type automatic water collection device includes: an inlet wherein the position thereof can be adjusted to be located under the water at the depth of 14m from the water surface at the center under the buoyancy unit vertically moving along a buoyancy unit support fixed on the bottom of a storage reservoir; an inlet control unit controlling vertical movements on the buoyancy unit of the inlet and installed on the upper surface of the buoyancy unit; an inlet control unit controlling the inlet control unit by measuring underwater water quality; and a wireless transfer device transferring measured water quality data. |
