The present invention relates to a peak detection device using charge pumping. The device includes: a differential amplifier which receives a signal to detect through a positive input node, and amplifies the signal; a current control unit which compares the signal outputted by the differential amplifier with two or more reference voltages and generates two or more current control signals; a mirror current source unit which includes two or more mirror current sources driven by the current control signals generated by the current control unit; a capacitor which is charged or discharged by the currents outputted by the mirror current source unit; and a reset circuit unit which resets the voltage of the capacitor.
