SYSYEM FOR OPENING AND CLOSING VALVE OF VESSEL

The present invention relates to a system for opening and closing a valve of a vessel, capable of increasing space utilization and reducing manufacturing cost by applying a rotary type actuator which is able to open and close a valve within a short distance by interworking with a manual hydraulic pump installed in a remote area and which is easily installed and operated. The system for opening and closing a valve of a vessel comprises: a valve installed in a pipe within a vessel; a hydraulically operated rotary actuator including a single piston having a rotational shaft coaxially inserted into a single cylinder coupled to an upper portion of the valve, and opening and closing the valve by forward/backward rotation of the rotational shaft by interworking with a vertical movement of the piston as hydraulic pressure is selectively introduced to and discharged from an open hydraulic port formed at one side thereof and a close hydraulic port formed at the other side thereof; a first manual hydraulic pump installed in an area remote from the valve and operating the actuator to open and close the valve; a second manual hydraulic pump installed above the actuator and operating the actuator to open and close the valve; and a manifold installed on a side of the actuator, selectively connecting hydraulic pressure transmitted from each of the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic pump to the actuator, and preventing operation of the other hydraulic pump when any one among the first hydraulic pump and the second hydraulic pump operates.
