FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to neurology, neuropsychology and occupational pathology. Status examination of higher mental functions is performed in trained workers of chemical enterprises, in contact with vinyl chloride (VC), and following values are determined as per scheme of A.R. Luria: index of categorical thinking, dynamic praxis, conceptual thinking, analytical and synthetic thinking. Then discriminant function (F) is calculated. Obtained result is compared with constant. If F is more than constant then trained workers is referred to group of risk of primary signs of cognitive impairment formation, if F is less than constant then to group with no signs of effect of vinyl chloride on body. If F is equal to constant then situation is considered to be uncertain.EFFECT: method enables possibility of selecting trained workers of chemical enterprises, in contact with VC, in group of risk of health disorders with formation of primary signs of cognitive impairment using minimum number of most informative diagnostic parameters.1 cl, 1 tbl, 1 ex |
