A method of analyzing oscillations in the final milling of thin-walled parts, wherein it is recorded and analyzed the vibrations occurring during processing in the control of part or workpiece. It is recorded the moving of part when milling (waveform fluctuations) the accumulation of information under processing conditions is performed by analyzing the waveform alternately cutting portions between two adjacent cutter teeth for the entire processing time. The following parameters are analyzed: the scope of free damped oscillations before the tie-tooth cutters in stock, point of tie-cutter of tooth in detail, the scope of self-oscillations in the profiling area, the frequency of oscillation in the process of cutting tooth cutter, the scope of self-oscillations in the cutting process, the maximum deviation of the parts as a result of the driving forces of the imprint, the amplitude of the first wave of free damped oscillations, the frequency of the free damped oscillation parts, logarithmic decrement of free damped oscillations details. |
