The invention relates to a method for predicting the fullness of removing of polychlorinated biphenyls from the surface of human skin in vitro experiment in justifying formulations of means of external detoxification which involves the use of physical and chemical methods of analysis to identify this group of substances in biological material. Research carried out in nine or twelve fresh isolated untrimmed strips of pig skin, six or eight of which are loaded with a solution of a certain concentration of polychlorinated biphenyls, control strips remain untreated, then three or four contaminated strips are treated with liquid solution for external detoxification the other three or four with liquid soap solution, and three or four control strips with distilled water whereupon the detergent residues are rinsed with distilled water, all the strips are treated with hexane, extracts are collected into tubes for the determination of residues of PCBs extracts with pre-treatment with sulfuric acid, that allows us to conclude on the effectiveness of external detoxification of certain formulations. |
