A voice recognition device and a voice recognition method in a vehicle are disclosed. According to one embodiment of the present invention, the voice recognition device in a vehicle is connected to a mobile device of a passenger in a vehicle through a near field wireless communication. The voice recognition device comprises: a first microphone installed inside the vehicle to collect voice data of the passenger in the vehicle; a noise removal unit removing a noise of the voice data collected from the first microphone or a second microphone of the mobile device; and a voice recognition unit recognizing a voice through the voice data transmitted from the noise removal unit. |
