The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a functional super sweet corn can, and to a functional super sweet corn can manufactured thereby and, more specifically, to a corn can using super sweet corn, which has effects in lowering calories of the super sweet corn can. The manufacturing method of super sweet corn comprises: a process (S1) for boiling water; a process (S1-2) for inserting super sweet corn in boiling water and boiling the same; a process (S1-3) for cooling the boiled corn; a process (S1-4) for cooling at room temperature; a process (S2) for separating grains of the super sweet corn; a process (S3) for forming a mixture of the super sweet corn in a can container; a process (S4) for capping the corn mixture with a lid; a process (S5) for sterilizing with high-pressure steam; and a process (S6) for cooling at room temperature. |
