The present invention relates to a preparation method of a reinforcement for a metal-carbon complex. More specifically, the reinforcement for a metal-carbon complex is prepared by coating a mixture of carbon nanoparticles and an aggregation inhibitor with metal oxide. The reinforcement for a metal-carbon complex improves a dispersibility of carbon when preparing metal-carbon complex using molten metal, and has excellent metal impregnation properties.
