The present specification relates to an apparatus for measuring insulation resistance between a high-voltage battery circuit and a vehicle body. The apparatus includes: a battery pack which includes a plurality of battery modules and is equipped with an anodic terminal and a cathodic terminal; the insulation resistance connected between the anodic terminal or the cathodic terminal of the battery pack and the vehicle body; a voltmeter which is connected to the anodic terminal and the cathodic terminal of the battery pack via a first terminal and a second terminal, respectively, wherein the cathodic terminal is connected to the first terminal via a first relay, the anodic terminal is connected to the first terminal via a second relay, the cathodic terminal is connected to the second terminal via a third relay, and the second terminal is connected to the vehicle body via a fourth relay; first resistance which is formed between the anodic terminal of the battery pack and the second relay; second resistance which is formed between the cathodic terminal of the battery pack and the third relay; and third resistance which is formed between the cathodic terminal of the battery pack and the first relay. |
