The present invention relates to a method for producing a fluorine resin pipe. The method comprises the steps of: (1) disposing a heating drum heated when electrical power is applied; (2) wrapping a fluorine resin sheet on the circumference of the heating drum, attaching a stainless steel mesh of 1-5 cm which is longer than the outer circumferential length of the heating drum on an outer surface of the heating drum, closely placing the fluorine resin sheet on the outer circumference of the heating drum, and winding the same for 2-3 times; (3) covering and wrapping the overall outer surface of the fluorine resin sheet on the outer circumference of the fluorine resin sheet wound on the heating drum, and coupling a band heater heated when electrical power is applied, so the fluorine resin sheet is fixed while being wound on the heating drum and being pressed by the band heater pressing the outer surface thereof; and (4) applying electrical power to the heating drum and the band heater, and heating the same at 350-380°C for 30-60 minutes. Durability of the fluorine resin pipe is improved, and a decrease in coupling strength may be prevented. |
