The present invention relates to a database building system with respect to a road, a water supply system, and a sewerage facility. The system comprises: a display unit; an edition region unit in which an external file is displayed wherein the external file is an edition target; and a menu selecting unit in which a selection menu is displayed by a character or a symbol. Therefore, the system can increase precision of a completed numerical map.
