An electronic apparatus for a vehicle providing an object tracking function according to an embodiment of the present invention can comprise an image acquiring module which acquires an image including an object, and a control module which receives the acquired image as an input and tracks the object. The control module predicts an object in a second line-of-sight image based on a first line-of-sight image, and tracks an object based on measurement values for the predicted object and the object in the second line-of-sight image. In particular, when no measured value is available for the object in the second line-of-sight image, the measurement value can be replaced with a position and a size of the object which are estimated based on binarization. |
