The present invention relates to a hair piece for upstyle hair and a method for manufacturing and pinning the same and, more specifically, to a hair piece for upstyle hair, capable of easily and promptly implementing upstyle hair on short hair, and to a method for manufacturing and pinning the same. In other words, the present invention is to provide a hair piece for upstyle hair and a method for manufacturing and pinning the same, wherein the hair piece, which can be practicably used for a short hair upstyle, is manufactured by using hairs left after customers got a haircut, and wherein the hair piece is manufactured by utilizing C-curl and S-curl curves in order to use a wave technique among upstyle hair expression techniques, so the hair piece can be used for a nape point (the bottom portion of the back of the head) in order to emphasize the back appearance rather than the front appearance of the head during on-site working.
