A method of automatic operation of a filter press includes feeding flocs from a sludge tank by a pump under pressure to the filter press for dewatering through endless filter cloth. The filter press in automatic mode starts operation from a signal of a level sensor on a signal of an ultrasonic sensor of the upper level in the sludge tank and ends from the signal of the level sensor on by the signal of the ultrasonic sensor of the lower level in the sludge tank, and in the period of absence of feeding sludge to the filter cloth (belt), the latter automatically are subject to washing, and at entering to the level sensor of the signal from the ultrasonic sensor of the upper layer of sludge tank all drives of the filter press are switched on, and then at the end of centering the belt a mixer drive and drives of the pumps of dosers of sludge and flocculant, when entering to the level sensor of the signal from the ultrasonic sensor of lower level in the sludge tank. |
