METHOD TO MANUFACTURE SHEARING MOLD USING THREE DIMENSIONAL METAL-PRINT

The present invention relates to a method to manufacture a shearing mold using a three dimensional metal printer. More specifically, the method to manufacture the shearing mold using the three dimensional metal printer comprises: a first step of designing a shearing mold by dividing the shearing mold into a portion to be manufactured by casting work, and a portion to be manufactured using the three dimensional metal printer; a second step of manufacturing a first shearing mold of a half-finished state by casting work; and a third step of stacking half-molten metal powder on the first shearing mold manufactured by casting work using the three dimensional metal printer to manufacture a second shearing mold which is a finished product. As such, the present invention comes in contact with a material when performing shearing work to use an expensive material only for a portion requiring durability, and a mechanical property required for shearing work to reduce costs and improve productivity; and uses a three dimensional stacking method to eliminate a heat treatment and a coating process to improve economic efficiency.
