The malicious script signature management apparatus comprises: a detection information analysis unit which receives first detection information related to a malicious code, computes a detection hit rate for an existing first signature, and generates second detection information; a signature generation unit which receives the second detection information, and generates a second signature; and a signature distribution management unit which receives the second signature, distributes the second signature to an external system, and manages a distribution cycle related to the second signature.
