A white organic light-emitting element according to the present invention comprises: a first light-emitting unit which is interposed between a first electrode and a second electrode; a second light-emitting unit which is disposed on the first light-emitting unit; and a third light-emitting unit which is disposed on the second light-emitting unit. The third light-emitting unit includes a red light-emitting layer and a blue light-emitting layer, and a host of the red light-emitting layer includes a hole transport layer. Accordingly, light-emitting strength and light-emitting efficiency of a light-emitting layer can be improved.
