FIELD: machine building.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method for production of bimetallic assembled radiators and embedded elements for use in this method. Assembly of embedded elements (1) for production of bimetallic assembled radiators includes preset number of steel tubular embedded elements (2), identical to each other, located nearby, parallel with two holes (3) on appropriate ends for embedding into appropriate cast aluminium casing, reinforcing carcass (4) from aluminium alloy that rigidly joints tubular inserts (2) to each other. Method for production of bimetallic assembled radiators involves preparation of press mould (7) for pressure casting aluminium, having given number of identical seats arranged in line in respective directions, parallel to each other, arrangement of steel tubular insert element (2) in each of above sockets (8), injection of aluminium in mold to introduce described solution for each of said tubular embedded elements (2) so that to obtain corresponding module of bimetal radiator, prior to fitting in said mold (7) of tubular embedded elements (2) they are rigidly connected to each other by reinforcing carcass (4) from aluminium alloy, said mold 7 is equipped with corresponding number of connecting channels (9) intended for installation of reinforcing carcass (4).EFFECT: limitation of displacement of embedded elements and their deformation during injection, which enables use of mould with number of seats of more than two.10 cl, 3 dwg |
