FIELD: acoustics.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to industrial acoustics and can be used for machine drive noise reduction, lining of manufacturing facilities and in other sound-absorbing structures. Sound absorbing element comprises smooth and perforated surfaces between which multilayer sound absorbing structure is located. Between smooth and perforated surfaces there is layer of sound-absorbing material of complex shape, which represents alternating solid and hollow sections. Hollow sections are formed by prismatic surfaces with cross-sections parallel to plane of drawing, parallelogram shape, which inner surface have toothed or wavy structure, or surface with spherical surfaces. Teeth tops face inside prismatic surfaces. Ribs of prismatic surfaces are secured on smooth and perforated walls respectfully. Cavity of hollow sections are filled with construction and mounting foam. Material of perforated surface is made of solid, decorative damping materials, for example, elastrons "Agat", "Antivibrat", "Schwim". Inner surface of perforated surface facing sound-absorbing structure is lined with acoustically transparent material, for example, glass fabric EZ-100 or polymer of "Poviden" type.EFFECT: invention allows to improve efficiency of sound absorption and reliability of the structure on the whole.1 cl, 1 dwg |
