Disclosed are a heat-welding nonwoven fabric for auto parts, clothing, and industrial applications that can be attached to a base material by heat welding, a method for manufacturing the same, and a method for attaching the same. The heat-welding nonwoven fabric includes an adhesion fiber layer (50) that acts as an attachment layer and includes an adhesion fiber web (52); and a nonwoven fabric fiber layer (60) that is formed on the adhesion fiber layer (50), acts as a surface and a nonwoven fabric layer, and includes a nonwoven fabric fiber web (62) and a chemical binder (64) for binding the nonwoven fabric fiber web (62). The adhesion fiber web (52) includes 10 to 90 wt% of low-melt polyester fiber and 10 to 90 wt% of nonwoven fabric-forming fiber. The nonwoven fabric fiber web (62) includes 60 to 100 wt% of nonwoven fabric-forming fiber and 0 to 40 wt% of low-melt polyester fiber. The low-melt polyester fiber adheres to the base material after melting at a temperature that is lower than the melting point of the nonwoven fabric-forming fiber. |
