FLICKER-LESS LED DRIVER APPARATUS

A flicker-less light emitting diode (LED) driver apparatus is disclosed. The flicker-less LED driver apparatus includes a transformer including a first wiring receiving an AC voltage and a second wiring induced from the first wiring to generate a first induced voltage; a second wiring circuit receiving the first induced voltage and applying a first DC voltage to an LED module; a current detecting unit detecting a driving current flowing through the second wiring in the second wiring circuit; a current control unit receiving a signal for the driving current to generate a control signal controlling a light emitting current flowing in the LED module; and a ripple attenuator connected to the LED module, receiving a visual light communication (VLC) signal and the current control signal, controlling a light emitting current corresponding to the VLC signal, and suppressing the ripple of the light emitting current.
