FIELD: construction materials.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of construction materials and specifically to structural units used in low-height construction, as well as in construction of civil and industrial facilities with high requirements for outer lining of buildings, heat and sound insulation of buildings. Set of multilayer construction blocks for speed of erection of low-rise buildings includes belt unit and group of building blocks: group of ordinary blocks in form of whole building blocks, partial construction blocks and blocks with arrangement for air exchange, set of angular blocks in form of external and internal blocks, group of opening blocks like double-sided block, quarter and partial block with quarter, each block in all groups includes front heat-insulating and main bearing layers attached together by rods. Set additionally comprises foundation block made in form of parallelepiped. Top bedding side and one of bonder sides of front layer of all blocks in groups are equipped with longitudinal ledges, and opposite lower bedding and other bonder sides of front layer are made with longitudinal slots, front layer of all blocks is made with chamfer located along whole perimeter. Ridges and grooves can be trapezoidal, triangular, round or have any other shape. Block with air exchange device is equipped with protecting grate. Front layer surface can be made both with corrugated and smooth texture of colourless or coloured, or from concrete mixture with pigments.EFFECT: technical result is simplification of construction of walls.6 cl, 13 dwg |
