FIELD: manufacturing technology.SUBSTANCE: device includes housing with central bore with end thrust surface and two rows of radial holes, their axes perpendicular to axis of central holes, rod arranged in central hole with possibility of back-and-forth movement along axis of housing, and spring-loaded plungers arranged in radial holes of housing with possibility of axial movement under action of cam surfaces made on rod, and quick-detachable clamp installed on rod. Central hole of housing is stepped, at that stage on side of open end serves to accommodate workpiece, on body between end thrust surface and mounting on machine tool end symmetrically axis of central hole is through slot, while rod is complex of rod and sleeve with cam inner surface, connected to each other by means of axis, wherein rod is installed in central hole of housing, axis is arranged in through slot of housing and sleeve is arranged on outer surface, wherein difference between inner working sleeve and two lengths of plungers corresponds to outer diameter of fixed blank.EFFECT: technical result consists in reduction of labour costs and location error due to alignment of hollow billets at outer surface, including hollow billets with projections on outer surface.1 cl, 3 dwg |
